How do I make an appointment?

How much do you charge?

My fee is $120 per 50 minute session.  I can take cash, debit or e-transfer or credit card. I can also help you look at different options in terms of 3rd party payment (ie. insurance company, church, Compensation for Victims of Crime, etc.)

How often do I need to come?

Initially, counselling sessions are recommended weekly or bi-weekly.  However, everyone is different and we can determine the right option for you, taking into consideration finances, travel distance and schedules.

How long do I need to come?

Some clients come for only a few sessions and some clients come for the better part of a year or more.  The door does not close when a client decides to end counselling.  They can come back at any time in the future if they feel the need.

What are your hours?

Appointments are available Tuesdays and Thursdays 9 am - 4 pm, Wednesdays from

1 pm - 9 pm and Friday from 9 am - 12 pm

What if you are not the right therapist for me?

It is very important to have a good connection with your therapist.  If we begin a counselling relationship and you feel it is not a good fit, I am committed to providing an appropriate referral.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

If you cancel a session with more than 24 hours notice, there is no charge. Because the session is reserved exclusively for you, if you cancel a session with less than 24 hours notice for any reason or do not show up for a session, there is a fee of $120 (the full session fee).
