How do I make an appointment?

How much do you charge?

My fee is $130 per 50 minute session.  I can take cash, debit or e-transfer or credit card. I can also help you look at different options in terms of 3rd party payment (ie. insurance company, church, Compensation for Victims of Crime, etc.)

How often do I need to come?

Initially, counselling sessions are recommended weekly or bi-weekly.  However, everyone is different and we can determine the right option for you, taking into consideration finances, travel distance and schedules.

How long do I need to come?

Some clients come for only a few sessions and some clients come for the better part of a year or more.  The door does not necessarily close when a client decides to end counselling.  They can contact me to see if it makes sense to come back to therapy if they feel the need.

What are your hours?

Appointments are available Tuesdays and Thursdays 9 am - 4 pm, Wednesdays from

1 pm - 8 pm and Friday from 9 am - 12 pm

What if you are not the right therapist for me?

It is very important to have a good connection with your therapist.  If we begin a counselling relationship and you feel it is not a good fit, I am committed to providing an appropriate referral.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

If you cancel a session with more than 24 hours notice, there is no charge. Because the session is reserved exclusively for you, if you cancel a session with less than 24 hours notice for any reason or do not show up for a session, there is a fee of $130 (the full session fee).
